Our well-known chef has over 17 years of culinary experience. Passionate about cooking, she brings her creative inspirations to your table. Authentic Khmer fare with a contemporary twist is her specialty, but she has a knack for bringing out the best in every cuisine.
Our restaurant staff are previous graduates from Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) — "For a Child's Smile." This international non-governmental organization has been lifting children out of poverty and impoverished living conditions since 1995. Rescued from the abysmal conditions at the city garbage dump, these children were able to acquire the skills and education to secure a more prosperous future for themselves and their family.
Romantic Violin Dinner
Celebrate love with a romantic dinner poolside or in our restaurant serenaded by live violin. In-room private dinners can also be arranged with an exclusively designed menu. This event will not only be held every Valentine's Day, but also on the special occasion you want to roll out the red carpet for the important people in your life. Not just for couples — friends and family alike will enjoy this truly memorable experience.
Apsara Dance Show From 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
An Apsara Dance Performance is a must-see for every visitor to the Kingdom of Wonder. The evening will include a two-hour traditional dance show bringing ancient Khmer culture to life through its dancers, singers and instruments. Khmer food is naturally recommended for the full cultural experience, but other delightful options are available. Apsara dance show is available daily from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
